I realize the importance of each and every transaction and the confidence bestowed upon me by my clients to operate with the utmost integrity and honesty. I am a good communicator and am widely known for my open and constant line of communication. I have over 30 years of experience in the San Diego marketplace and understand the role local knowledge can play. I have completed hundreds of transactions throughout many of the finest neighborhoods in the county. As a designated foreclosure specialist, I was selected to be one of a few Realtors® to represent Freddie Mac and the Home Steps team and have successfully handled many distressed property sales in San Diego. Over my career, I have gained extensive experience in home remodeling and building with my own investments and projects. After losing our family home in the 2007 San Diego wildfires, I share my knowledge and expertise with clients and friends. Born in Alamosa, Colorado and raised in Santa Barbara, California, I studied Accounting at California State University, Northridge where I played collegiate golf. In 1986 I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration. I have been active in community services and continue to be a Mentor to other firestorm survivors. traveling, landscaping and entertaining are also some of my favorite pastimes.
