Look out to fabulous views across Lake Henshaw and Warners Valley. Mesa Grande is a beautiful area to the south of Henshaw dotted with mature trees. The lower portion of the land is a mature forest with a seasonal streams. Four driveways and pads within the land have been improved. The upper building site area has a habitable temporary building and a lower site has a habitable trailer. The remainder of the property is quite steep and great for the nature buff, star gazers, or photographers! A world away from it all! Has well and power. My version cell phone works well. From Mesa Grande Road, which is paved, turn up Eagle Gap. Gate is to the right of Raney Ranch gate.
